I have always enjoyed participating in all kinds of fitness and decided to turn that passion into my job. I have been teaching group exercise classes now for over 20 years and since before I had my 3 children.
I took over the role of Studio Manager more than 5 years ago now and consider myself very lucky to have the support of an amazing team of Instructors to work with which makes my job so much easier and enjoyable!
I teach a variety of freestyle type classes including step, hiit, circuits, conditioning, stretch & tone, stability balls and resistance bands. Step would have to be named as my all time favourite.
I gain satisfaction from seeing the class participants enjoying themselves whilst achieving their personal goals of getting fitter, stronger and more flexible. Group exercise is a great way of improving confidence and meeting other like minded people who often become firm friends.
