Meet our Studio Manager

Karen Turmel:

I have always enjoyed participating in all kinds of fitness and decided to turn that passion into my job.  I have been teaching group exercise classes now for over 20 years and since before I had my 3 children.

I took over the role of Studio Manager more than 5 years ago now and consider myself very lucky to have the support of an amazing team of Instructors to work with which makes my job so much easier and enjoyable!

I teach a variety of freestyle type classes including step, hiit, circuits, conditioning, stretch & tone, stability balls and resistance bands.  Step would have to be named as my all time favourite.

I gain satisfaction from seeing the class participants enjoying themselves whilst achieving their personal goals of getting fitter, stronger and more flexible.  Group exercise is a great way of improving confidence and meeting other like minded people who often become firm friends.

Tennis Academy: Summer Programme

 

Dear Academy Player or Parent,

The Academy will now take a 2 week break over Easter and commence again on Monday 22nd April 2019.

(NB: all academy sessions on Monday 22nd April will be outdoors due to a club event on indoor courts).

Summer Programme

We will make a few changes to the programme as we move into the summer season. I should have by now communicated with the parents of the players that are involved in these changes directly.

If you haven’t spoken to me about this please assume your child’s programme will stay the same in the new term.
