November 2020 COVID-19 Lockdown
Dear Club Members
With the Club’s facilities closing this evening at 9.00pm in line with the Government lockdown we would like to take this opportunity to remind members of the following:
Members on Monthly memberships will not be charged for December 2020; members on Annual memberships will be compensated for the period of closure on their next membership renewal date. We will take care of this administration our end so you do not need to cancel your direct debits or do anything more at this stage. If you have paid for an activity (eg. Tennis course) in full or part and we have been unable to run the activity, we will carry these payments over to future activities so please do keep your receipt.
With the Club closed and staff on furlough as from 9.00pm this evening, there will be no staff on duty to answer member enquiries, however we envisage a skeleton team will be returning to their duties shortly before we re-open on 3 December 2020.
