Outdoor training at its best

Bootcamp is a military style outdoor group workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase lean tissue, reduce body fat, and help shed a few of those holiday pounds.  Each session is delivered to meet all needs and fitness levels.

Bootcamp is outdoor training at its best!  If you’re bored of the same exercise programme and lacking motivation, then you should face a new challenge and give Bootcamp a try.

Bootcamp will challenge every muscle in the body, using the environment, your own bodyweight, and various equipment, such as tyres and sandbags, to get an all over workout.

Outdoor group training is a great way to stay motivated, with a combination of team games, partner drills and individual challenges.  It’s also the perfect way to meet new people and add a great element of fun back into exercise regime.

Members: £30.00 / Non-Members: £45.00 per month.

What is a typical Bootcamp like?

Fitness Team Ipswich Bootcamp will be held around the surrounding areas of Ipswich Sports Club.

  • What’s involved?

    Course Enrolment and Par-Q, Weight, Anatomical measurements and Fitness tests.

  • Do I need to be fit?

    Not at all, the groups may be split into different fitness levels to achieve the greatest possible results for each individual.

  • What will I need to wear?

    Anything you don’t mind getting a little dirty.

  • What type of exercises will be involved?

    A lot of the exercises involve your own bodyweight, such as squats, push ups, lunges, sit ups, and light jogging.
