“At the end of 2014 I was diagnosed as being Pre-Diabetic (with fasting blood sugar levels just below 8) and was advised that without a change in diet and taking exercise this could lead to me developing Diabetes.  In October 2015, I had my cholesterol level checked.  It was too high.  With the combination of pre-diabetes and high cholesterol I had to do something to improve my future health. I went to see Vienna and she put together an exercise routine that would suit me.  I then started to go to the gym on a regular basis.  Twice per week for just forty minutes a time. After just three months of going to the gym I have had my first check up at the Doctors and my fasting blood sugar level is completely normal (4.38) and my cholesterol level has fallen.  I have also lost 1.5 inches off my waist! There is still work to be done to reduce my cholesterol to a healthy level but after just three months, the change is very positive.”
