A vigorous cardio workout inspired by martial arts.

Choreography draws moves from Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi, Taekwondo and Muay Thai.

The aim is to take you to an anaerobic level with some strength and flexibility benefits thrown in for good measure.

How do I book and what is the cost?

Members: Free / Non-Members: From £5 per session.

Spaces are limited – non-members can book up to 6 days in advance via the Club reception.  Members can book 7 days in advance via reception or online.
