In this high intensity interval training class you will give 100% effort through quick and intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.

Carefully designed blocks of exercises, both freestyle and equipment based will ensure you keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.

A fun and varied workout with low impact options always given.


This is an explosive cardio based total body conditioning class focused on MAX interval training which combines longer periods of high intensity activity with shorter periods of rest.

Exercisers will therefore experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness and burn fat more effectively. The class is intense but fun and modifications can be provided.
