At the heart of our sporting community, and overlooking our tennis courts, is our light and bright Sports Bar. Fully accessible with a beautiful outdoor space and plenty of comfy seating, it’s the ideal place to meet friends for a coffee, grab a tasty bite to eat with the family, or to find a quiet area to work from. With lots of social events throughout the year, there’s always something happening.
Our Drinks Selection
Remaining true to our Suffolk heritage, we offer a variety of Adnams favourites, guest ales, a selection of wines, cold alcohol-free drinks, and a full hot beverage menu.
Our Food Menu
There’s a dish to suit everyone. We offer a fantastic selection of light bites and substantial favourites from wraps and salads to our signature burgers and vegan dishes.
To mix things up a little, and to make the most of seasonal local produce, our resident chef also runs weekly blackboard specials.
We serve food during the following times:
Tuesday – Friday 12pm-2pm and 5.30pm-9pm
Saturday 9am-2pm
Sunday 9am – 12pm

Our social events
Throughout the year, our Sports Bar plays host to several member-organised social events, fundraisers and celebrations. From comedy and quiz nights to Easter Sunday lunch, Valentine’s Day and festive activities, there’s always something to look forward to.

Whether it is your birthday, wedding or business meeting, host your event in our beautiful function room overlooking our gardens and grounds. Our catering team are on hand to provide a bespoke and mouth-watering menu to suit your requirements.

We have been social members for several years and have regularly eaten here. Since Mo and his team have taken over, and created a new menu, we look forward to seeing the specials board and eat most weeks as the food is always lovely. The Club, thanks to the great Bar and Reception staff, always gives us a warm welcome, creating a lovely atmosphere to be in. A pleasure to relax in.
