The Club offers a range of fitness activities at the Club for all ages and abilities. From sports based fitness activities including Cardio Tennis, racketball and squash to studio/gym classes and PT sessions.
We recently upgraded our weights gym to the latest Pulse equipment including cages, olympic lifting platform, cable machine, plates and dumbells to complement our range of cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, TRX unit, watt bike, concept 2 rowers and stretch area.
Our studio class timetable offers over 46 classes a week, including the world-renowned Les Mills.

Our friendly Gym offers free inductions to all new members, regular complimentary reviews and access to professional advice.

Bootcamps
A military style outdoor group workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase lean tissue and reduce body fat.

Personal Training
We have a team of highly qualified Personal Trainers available to help you train harder, more effectively and more efficiently towards your goals

Squash Courts
The club has 7 squash courts: 5 of those have glass back walls and 2 are championship show courts.

Cardio Tennis
A fun, sociable group fitness class set on a Tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities.
