Fitness, Gym and Studio Classes
The Club offers a range of fitness activities for all ages and abilities. From sports based fitness activities including Cardio Tennis, racketball and squash to studio/gym classes and PT sessions.
We recently upgraded our weights gym to the latest Pulse equipment including cages, olympic lifting platform, cable machine, plates and dumbells to complement our range of cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, TRX unit, watt bike, concept 2 rowers and stretch area.
Our studio class timetable offers over 46 classes a week, including the world-renowned Les Mills.
