Our club function room is available to hire for members and non-members for a variety of events, including conferencing, parties, weddings, celebration of life. It can also be hired as meeting room or for private dining.


Our event space & service
Our beautiful function room, overlooking the gardens and grounds, can accommodate up to 120 guests (or 50 for a banquet-style sit-down). It is the perfect setting for a wide variety of events. Our expert catering team are on hand to create a bespoke, mouth-watering menu tailored to your needs and preferences. We pride ourselves on delivering first-class service with a personal touch, always going the extra mile to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Room Hire Rates (Includes VAT)
Daytime Hire (Per Hour):
- Members: £30
- Non-Members: £50
Late Bar Option (10:00 PM – Midnight):
Available for both Members and Non-Members: £75

Beverage Package
Based on minimum numbers of 25 chargeable guests
- Hot Beverages £3.00pp
- Tea and coffee beverage station set up on arrival
- Additional extras: biscuits £1.00pp
- Cold Beverages from £3.00pp
