Ipswich Hockey Club is a section of Ipswich Sports Club, is affiliated to England Hockey and has partnered with TK Hockey a global leading sport brand as our kit supplier.
There are 4 areas of interest that require registration. The Sports Club and Hockey Club are working hard to combine their processes and introduce a new system over the coming season, we are currently in the build and testing phase. It is anticipated that the new system will be in place for Membership in time for September and the start of the new season. This will reduce the number of registrations and simplify the Sports Club/Hockey Club administration moving forward.
1 – Membership
Contact Ipswich Sports Club to become a member, options include Sport Specific – hockey only membership, Small Sports – hockey and gym membership or if you play other sports as well, All Sport / Full membership. You can join as an Individual, with a Partner or as a Family and pay monthly be Direct Debit or in Fulll. Ipswich Sports Club supports certain groups such as Emergency Blue Light Workers, Suffolk County Council and discounts are available on All Sports Membership.

2 – Club Registration
Ipswich Hockey Club uses an all-in-one digital sports club management platform designed for amateur and semi-professional sports clubs called Pitchero for the day-2-day and weekly management of training and fixtures, the passing of information and the collection of match fees. If you are a parent or guardian, you first must register yourself and then later in the process add your children. All U18 must have a parent or guardian linked. Children O14 are able to register alongside a parent or guardian to manage their own day-2-day availability and selection and see relevant information, however for Safeguarding they must also have a parent linked to their account. O14’s register using the same link after the parent/guardian has been set up.
3 – England Hockey Game Management System
GMS is a digital platform used by England Hockey to handle league administration, player registration, fixtures, and match results. All Players must therefore be correctly registered to play league fixtures.
– Played hockey for a Club, Uni or other establishment in the last few seasons, already registered to GMS – request a TRANSFER
– Log into your GMS account, select “My Clubs”, select “Request To Join New Club” Select “IPSWICH HC”

4 – Kit Partner – TK Hockey
TK is a leading global field hockey brand that designs, manufactures, and supplies high-performance hockey equipment, teamwear, and accessories. Ipswich Team Wear is purchased via the TK Website. We politely ask in support of our generous Sponsors that members wear the latest Match Playing Shirt and Short/Skorts when representing Ipswich HC.
