The World Tennis (‘WT’) Masters Tour (formerly called the ITF Seniors Tour) is a global tennis tournament series for recreational, intermediate and advanced players aged 30 and over. ISC is holding its 5th annual tournament from 27th October to 1st November 2026, which will include age groups from 30+ up to 75+, with a combination of Men’s/Ladies’ singles, doubles and Mixed doubles events – see below for more info. There’s a full schedule of over 500 WT Masters tournaments taking place in 70 countries all over the world throughout the year (with 26 in the UK), involving an ever-growing community of enthusiastic senior tennis players that like to compete, meet and play with new people whilst visiting new places at the same time.
ISC’s event is an ‘MT200’ competition, meaning it’s aimed at entry-to-intermediate level on the WT Masters Tour. MT200 tournaments sit near the lower end of the ITF competitive ladder, making it perfect for solid, regular club players who want to try international tournament play – without facing world-class professionals. However, the event has proved very popular with British players too, so it’s possible you might find yourself playing against a fellow Brit who is ranked in the top 10 in GB for your age group – although many players will fall outside that standard. Many local Suffolk club players have taken part with great success. Matches will be played on ISC’s 3 indoor acrylic courts and 3 tarmac courts covered by an air dome.

Last year ISC welcomed 160 players and their support teams/families from 19 different countries, giving the club a real international buzz. ISC’s event is the last in the calendar year of the 26 Masters events in Great Britain – so if you’ve been thinking about entering, why not take the plunge and give it a try?
In order to enter, you’ll need to sign up to the World Tennis Masters website (see links below) and get a Tour Zone number (which is paid as part of the tournament entry fee, of which £9 ISC then has to pay on to WT). Event entry costs are 1 Singles: £49, 1 Singles & 1 Doubles: £69, 1 Singles & 2 Doubles: £89, 1 Doubles: £29, 2 Doubles: £49. If you wish to enter a doubles event but don’t have a partner, let the Tournament Director, Chris Rudolph (Tel: 07966 501109), know and he’ll try and match you up with a suitable partner.
